Refund and Returns Policy for LawPariz

This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the process for returning products and receiving refunds. 1. Returns Eligibility

You may return products within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided that the item:

  • Is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Is not damaged, altered, or modified in any way.
  • Is not a final sale or clearance item (which cannot be returned).
  • Is a product that is eligible for return under our policy.

Items returned in less than perfect condition, or outside of the return period, may not be eligible for a refund and may be returned to you.

2. Non-Returnable Items

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN). This number will need to be included in the return package to ensure proper processing.

  3. Prepare Your Return: Pack the product securely in its original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, or other materials that were originally included.

  4. Ship the Item Back: Ship the item back to the return address provided by our customer service team. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  5. Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility requirements. If the item is in its original condition, we will proceed with the refund.

4. Refund Process

You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error in fulfilling your order. In those cases, we will cover the return shipping cost.

If you are returning an item for reasons other than defect or error, you are responsible for the return shipping fees. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance to protect your return shipment.

8. International Returns

For international orders, the return process remains the same, but the customer will be responsible for return shipping fees and any customs duties or taxes incurred during the return process.
