1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Timeframe: Initiate your return within 30 days of receiving your item.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the original condition received (no chewing, wear, or damage).

  • Original Packaging: Return items in their original packaging with all tags, labels, and protective materials intact.

  • Proof of Purchase: Provide the original receipt, order confirmation, or packing slip.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or Custom Items: Engraved or customized products

  • Used or Worn Items: Toys, beds, collars, harnesses, or blankets showing use

  • Perishable Goods: Certain treats or specialty food items

  • Gift Cards: Non-refundable

  • Sale/Clearance Items: Refunds only for regular-priced items unless faulty


3. Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email contact@lawpariz.com within 30 days with your order number, item(s), and reason for return. Include photos or videos for damaged/faulty items.

  2. Await Instructions: Our team will provide return authorization, instructions, and the return address. Do not send items without authorization.

  3. Package Your Item: Securely package the item(s) in original packaging, including proof of purchase.

  4. Ship Your Item: Follow our instructions and use a trackable service. We recommend shipping insurance.


4. Shipping Returns

  • Customer Responsibility: If returning due to change of mind or wrong order, you pay return shipping. Costs are non-refundable.

  • Lawpariz Responsibility: For our errors (wrong or faulty item), we cover return shipping with a pre-paid label or reimbursement.


5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email:

  • Approved Refunds: Credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

  • Late or Missing Refunds: First, check your bank account, then your credit card provider, then your bank. If still missing, contact us.


6. Exchanges

  • Defective or Damaged Items: Contact contact@lawpariz.com with order details and evidence for a replacement.

  • Other Exchanges: For wrong sizes, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order.


7. Damaged or Faulty Items Upon Arrival

If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at contact@lawpariz.com with your order number, description, and photo/video evidence. We’ll provide a suitable resolution—replacement, refund, or store credit—and instructions for return.
