Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition
  • Be in the original packaging
  • Have the receipt or proof of purchase

2. Non-Returnable Items

Some items are non-returnable, including:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, etc.)
  • Downloadable software or digital content
  • Gift cards

3. How to Make a Return

To initiate a return:

  • Provide your order number and reason for the return.
  • Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it. If everything is in order, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product, please follow the return process and specify your desired exchange item. If the item is out of stock, we will offer a refund or store credit.

6. Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is damaged or defective. If you are returning an item due to an error on our part, we will cover return shipping costs.

7. Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will issue a full refund or send a replacement, including covering return shipping costs.

8. International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable duties and taxes. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.
